REFUND POLICY

At Harper Bee Luxe, each piece is thoughtfully handmade in small batches. Because of the nature of our products and to ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety, we kindly ask that you review our refund policy before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for candles, wax melts, room sprays, diffusers, or any fragrance based products once they have shipped.

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, scent preference, or improper use of products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist you, we require clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping box, along with your order number.

If damage is confirmed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Minor cosmetic variations such as slight wax imperfections, frosting, air bubbles, or variations in wax seals do not qualify as damage, as these are natural characteristics of handmade products.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Harper Bee Luxe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. We are happy to assist with filing a carrier claim, but shipping fees are non refundable.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

All Harper Bee Luxe products are handmade in small batches. We are not a mass produced brand. Because of this, natural variations may occur, including but not limited to wax texture, color, scent strength, label placement, wax seals, and vessel finish.

These variations are a normal and celebrated part of artisan craftsmanship and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Product Information and Scent Disclaimer

We do our best to describe fragrances accurately, however scent perception is highly personal and subjective. We cannot guarantee how a fragrance will smell to each individual.

Fragrance throw and strength may vary based on room size, airflow, temperature, and burn habits.

Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including inventory limitations, errors, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Heat and Temperature Disclaimer

Exposure to heat during transit, especially in warmer months, may cause minor cosmetic changes such as sweating or softening of wax. This does not affect product quality or performance and is not considered damage.

Proper Use and Safety

All products are intended for external use only. Always follow the care and safety instructions provided with your purchase. Harper Bee Luxe is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to follow instructions.

Allergies and Sensitivities

Our products may contain fragrance oils and other ingredients that could cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using products at their own discretion. Harper Bee Luxe is not liable for allergic reactions.
